Isaac is a long-time entrepreneur, executive, executive advisor, angel investor, and M&A advisor in the software space based in Silicon Valley. Isaac collaborates with MSG Securities, and is currently CEO and Founder of Handmade. Handmade is a software executive advisory, angel investment, and investment banking group that advises, invests in, and sells software start-ups in a partnership with great entrepreneurs.

Isaac has been involved with eight successful M&A outcomes as an executive advisor: WakingApp (Acquired by ScopeAR 12/2019), (acquired by Velodyne Lidar 7/2019), Advangelists (acquired by Mobiquity 12/2018), Hook Mobile (acquired by Kaleydra 8/2018), Starmaker Interactive (acquired by Beijing Kunlun Tech 8/2016), (acquired by Neustar 10/2015), Mixamo (acquired by Adobe 6/2015), and Deep Forest Media (acquired by Rakuten 3/2015).

Isaac is also involved with four companies that are going long and big: Blue Hexagon (cybersecurity), HouseCall Pro (SaaS platform for home service providers), Factual (location data platform — merged with Foursquare), and OpenSignal (crowd source data for carrier analytics).

As a long time operating executive, Isaac held top executive leadership positions in the mobile space with three of them successful exits from being involved early on: Millennial Media (went public NYSE), Qualcomm, Infospace Mobile, Atlas Mobile (acquired by Infospace Mobile), and Sorrent which became Glu Mobile (went public Nasdaq). Prior to mobile, Isaac held senior software executive positions at Macromedia,, and Silicon Graphics.
