A client once called Steve a “one-stop advisory shop” because he's been a Wall Street banker (LF Rothschild) and lawyer (Skadden Arps), an international deal-maker (Vodafone/AirTouch), a strategy consultant (Arthur D. Little, McKinsey), in government (U.S. Treasury Secretary’s Office / Finance Minister) and interim CEO of two startups that were sold.

Admitted to university at 15, Steve simultaneously attended Harvard Business and Law Schools earning MBA and JD (Doctor of Law) degrees, and studied history and economics (Baruch College, highest distinction) and telecom/Internet engineering (U.C. Berkeley, distinction). He is a member of the New York Bar, and holds the Series 62, 63, and 79 FINRA licenses. Steve provides free consulting to non-profits through Harvard Business School Community Partners.
