About Us
History
MSG Securities was founded in Silicon Valley in 1996 to bring world-class transactional expertise to early and growth-stage companies in telecom and technology that typically had no access to such service. Since then we have grown to cover North America, Western Europe and East Asia, and to encompass all of the TMT (Telecom, Media and Technology), and the Health Care and Life Sciences industries.
Our Approach
Most of us have been entrepreneurs ourselves, and we know our work has a tremendous effect on our client's businesses and personal and professional lives. That energizes us to put the full weight of our knowledge and experience behind every client engagement.
