Mas is based in Tokyo and Silicon Valley, and supports MSG global teams in Asia. He brings a wealth of experience in Pacific Rim business ranging from cross-border M&A, business strategy planning, venture capital investing, business incubation and business partnerships.

He has held senior executive positions at NEC Corporation, as well as board positions at for and non-profit firms such as Niteo Partners, The Enterprise Network, Vidient Systems, Ecoplexus Japan and Sustainable Silicon Valley, where he was chairman. Mas is a graduate in economics at Keio University, and earned his MBA at Harvard Business School.
